The ultimate experience for all those chocolate lovers out there, which takes place at our new Chocolate workshops in Eastwood, Leigh on sea, Essex.
AGES: 1- 4yrs - or preschool age. Each ticket admits one child and one adult to help, but only the child makes the chocolate shape. Please only book this session if your child is not attending school yet. We have other sessions for child at school who are used to being left without a parent/guardian.
TIMING: This is a full packed 30 mins session, making their own chocolate decorated Christmas themed shape (weighing approx. 300g depending on how many toppings they use, as some don't get to see the chocolate ha-ha. You take the shape home with you as well to reuse.
ARRIVAL: Upon arrival, the class members will pop on hair nets and apron and hand sanitising is carried out, ready for action. To start the fun, the kids will get to decorate a large Christmas Themed Shaped slab mould, which contains 150g of chocolate and then they can top with approx. 150g of toppings. we then give them some colouring to do while waiting for their chocolate to set enough.
ALLERGY: Please note that we do cater for Vegan, Gluten and Dairy Free as well, this will need to be highlighted at us at: bookings@sarahschocolatekitchen.co.uk
We cannot cater for Nut Free at this premises unfortunately.
We ask that you allow plenty of time to park and be ready to start promptly at the start time, as we will be running several classes throughout the day. Just to note, it’s very hands on, so it can get messy.
Please advise of skin allergies, and the same for food allergies. We do use and make products with nuts on the premises, so must stress this as a warning to anyone who has an extreme nut allergy.
LOCATION: Sarah’s Chocolate Kitchen Limited, 83 Rayleigh Road, Eastwood, Leigh on sea, Essex, SS9 5UZ, we are located right next door to The Eastwood Academy, we have limited FREE street parking outside our premises, but it can be quite busy at certain times of the day.

CANCELLATION/CHANGES TO CLASSES: All bookings must be paid in advance. Regrettably, refunds are not available on any event purchase. Should you need to change the date of your booking, we will endeavour to accommodate you onto another date within the same period, subject to availability, this will only be possible up to 7 days before the date of the scheduled event, this is due to staff being arranged to assist and our time being allocated to classes instead of chocolate making for sale.
If we have a situation where we are not able to run the planned session due to restrictions being imposed, we will ensure that every ticket holders is issued with a make at home kit with enough chocolate to complete the amount of chocolate goodies that had been planned at the shop.
After several closures since 2020 our business just wouldn’t survive if we had to move all bookings, so we will ensure all ticket holders still get to have their chocolate workshop, but just a slightly different method of delivery.
