A great night out, have fun with friends while making chocolate creations.
Your host on the night will be Sarah, who is the maker/creator and owner of Sarah's Creative Kitchen, an award winning Chocolate company.
Your night will start with 1 gifted glass of prosecco on us, as a thank you, just to loosen you up ready for introductions, and to find out a little about each other, then its down to you to bring along your own as we are not licensed to sell you alcohol unfortunately. We do have a chiller we can pop yours into though and happy to serve you.
We then move onto the fun stuff of learning how to temper chocolate, as its definitely a skill, but once you understand the science behind tempering it all comes quite naturally with lots of practice.
We will start the night with you making 3 x 100g bars, using your own tempered chocolate and decorating with toppers from our containers we have on site.
Next up, we move onto using our machine tempered chocolate where you will make 12 chocolate discs, which you will decorate again, and then finishing with transfer sheet chocolate goodies to create your own lollies with funky edible colours/designs.
Session : 2 hours - this is a guide time as some sessions can take slightly less time if not fully booked and some sessions go over if waiting for chocolate to set and be packaged up.
