Chocolate Making workshop for home educated children, at our chocolate shop in Leigh on sea, Essex.
Suitable for children - aged 5yrs - 12yrs
Price: £13.50 per child
Session numbers: maximum of 8 children in one session only. Adults wait at the front for the children.
We start the course with kitting them out with an apron and hair net. Next up, Sarah will show the children how she hand tempers chocolate, and they will watch a short video about the journey of the cocoa bean to the chocolate factory to be made into a chocolate product. The children will then use cocoa sheets to create either chocolate lollies or giant buttons.
Each child will then select a choice of topping bags, there will be:
- All chocolate
- All jellies (vegetarian/vegan OPTIONS AVAILABLE)
- Mix of both
They will then complete one of our activity sheets whilst waiting for their chocolate to set.
Please note: At our sessions we will have milk chocolate on tap. If you have any allergies, please advise us in plenty of time to ensure we have alternatives available.
Session times: 60 mins in total, please allow the maximum time for your session.

Cancellation policy: at this time we are not able to refund any cancelled booking if you are not able to attend. If we have a waiting list of people that can take your tickets we will try our best to sell them again for you, but this is not always possible at short notice. Booking is at your own risk.
