RECEPTION YEAR STARTERS – SEPTEMBER 2026
Is your child starting school this September?
Come along and join us for a fun, and hands on session, designed especially for little ones starting Reception! 🎒
We’ll be hosting special meet-up sessions for children from 20 schools across Leigh, Rayleigh, Westcliff & Thorpe Bay — giving children the chance to meet new friends before their big first day at school 💛
Each child will:
🍫 Make and decorate a chocolate lolly
🥞 Enjoy a stack of 3 pancakes
🎲 Play games and have fun together
👫 Meet other children starting at the same school
👩👧 One adult per child please, to allow as many children as possible to attend.
📌 Maximum capacity: 28 overall total (this is combined children and adult tickets)
Adults — please remember to book your seat too! You’re welcome to either:
✨ Make your own chocolate lolly - chargeable
✨ Sit alongside and help your little one for free
🥤 Drinks and additional treats can be purchased separately at the counter.

🎟 Booking is required. Please ensure you book up the correct School and Time.
Cancellation policy: at this time we are not able to refund any cancelled booking if you are not able to attend. If we have a waiting list of people that can take your tickets we will try our best to sell them again for you, but this is not always possible at short notice. Booking is at your own risk. We are such a small business that we would not survive if we lost customers on each booking and they required refunds, as our event would not be covered for the cost of entertainment, staff and food if part of ticket fee.
